The IT Department in Finance, IT and Technical Services needs a student assistant to take care of various tasks in the department, including IT support and the Helpdesk. The tasks consist partly of helping staff with IT problems and guiding them in the use of the systems, and partly in a number of practical, miscellaneous tasks. It would be an advantage if you have experience with IT support and are familiar with RUC's IT systems, but this is not a requirement, as training will be provided. It is essential that you speak fluent Danish and English.
