Smart-M3 platform training
The training session gives an overview of different available APIs for the Smart-M3 platform and the possible programming models. There is also a hands-on component where a simple application written in python is extended.
Smart-M3 is an interoperability platform that provides mechanisms to share information expressed using RDF. The platform consists of a Semantic Information Broker (SIB) that stores the information, and Knowledge Processors (KP) that can insert, remove, query and subscribe to information. The information is stored in Smart-M3 according to standardized or otherwise agreed ontologies. Information sharing helps the participating KPs to gather relevant context information which leads to more efficient operation and
Preparation to demo section
Demo section of the 10th FRUCT conference will be held on November 10, 19.00 - 22.00 in Demola. The address to Demola is Väinö Linnan aukio 15, 3rd floor, you can find the instructions to the location from Demola website. We ask all authors to send titles and 2-3 paragraph descriptions of your demo proposals ASAP to info@fruct.org. October 28, 2011 is the deadline for submitting demo proposals. Please also make sure that the demo will be prepared in line with the below provided recommendations. The list of accepted demos is provided in the bottom of the page.

10th FRUCT Conference: Registration
Thanks to our sponsors, we provide free of charge registration to the conference, but all participants must fill-in the registration form below. If you are the conference author, please first register to the conference and then SUBMIT your Full paper (4 - 12 pages), or “presentation only” publication, poster/demo proposal (200 words - 2 pages document with standard paper header followed by the abstract text). Please submit your papers in PDF format and make sure that it follows our template: MS Word or LaTeX. The papers submission is closed now.
The accepted papers have to be modified according to the feedback of reviewers and re-submitted as .zip or .tgz archive. The archive file shall include .pdf and the source
